All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our exclusive payment method. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate, and that someone is available to make payment at the time of delivery.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. On average, you can expect your order to arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery team will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided. If no one is available to receive the package or make payment, a reattempt may be made. Failure to accept delivery after multiple attempts may result in the cancellation of the order.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees, if any, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping as part of promotional campaigns — be sure to check for active offers.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We may request photos and other details to process a replacement or resolution.

To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Address changes after the order has been processed may not be possible.
