1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.

It must have original tags and packaging intact.

You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

4. Refund Method
Since we operate with Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:

Exchange for a different size or product.
Cash refunds are not available due to our COD-only payment system.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and other details to verify the issue and arrange for a replacement or return.
